IHC Ancillaries

The Hydrophilic Plus Microscope Slides are novel positively charged hydrophilic slides that prevent tissue detachment after thermal permeabilization and can be used to mount and process IHC, ICC, FISH and CISH samples including those to be subjected to Heat -Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) procedures.

20X ImmunoDNA Retriever EDTA contains an EDTA Buffer solution, detergents and stabilizers. 20X ImmunoDNA Retriever EDTA is provided in liquid form.

TintoHematoxylin Automation is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains hematoxylin dye, a buffer solution, detergents and a non-sodium azide anti-microbial.

Tween 20 contains Polyoxyethylene 20-Sorbitan Monolaurate (MW 1227.54) and water. It is provided in liquid form.

Pink Hematoxylin Counterstainer is provided in a ready-to-use liquid form.

AquaMounter is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains a buffer solution, reagents and a sodium azide anti-microbial.

This marking pen has been designed to provide a thin film-like barrier when a circle is drawn around the specimen on a slide. This barrier creates the proper surface tension to hold an antibody solution within the target area on the slide. PAP Pen contains a special formulation which is insoluble in alcohol and acetone. It can be removed, if desired, by xylene after the staining procedure is completed.

TintoDeparaffinator Hot Rinse 20X contain glycols and glycol ethers.  It is provided in liquid form.

TintoDeparaffinator EDTA 20X contains glycols and glycol ethers.  It is provided in liquid form.

TintoDeparaffinator Citrate 20X contains glycols and glycol ethers.  It is provided in liquid form. 

The CytoLayer Slide Treatment Solution is provided as individually packed bottles in three different volumes.

ImmunoDNA Digestor is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains optimized Proteinase K, a buffer solution, detergents, and a sodium azide anti-microbial.

20X ImmunoDNA Retriever Citrate contains a Citrate Buffer solution, detergents and stabilizers. 20X ImmunoDNA Retriever Citrate is provided in liquid form. The final pH of the
working solution should be 6.1 +/- 0.2.

ImmunoDetector Biotin Blocker is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It is comprised of two solutions in a buffer, reagents, stabilizers, and contains a sodium azide antimicrobial.

The PolyDetector AP Blocker is provided in liquid ready-to-use form.

The PolyDetector Peroxidase Blocker is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains a PBS buffer, reagents, stabilizers and sodium azide as anti-microbial.

ImmunoDNA Background Blocker is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains buffer and stabilizing proteins.

ImmunoDetector Protein Blocker / Antibody Diluent contains TBST, pH 7.6, with bovine serum albumin, and preserved with sodium azide as an anti-microbial. It is provided in liquid form ready-to-use.

ImmunoDNA Washer 10X contains a Buffer solution, Tween 20 detergent and a non-sodium azide anti-microbial. It is provided in liquid form.

The Rabbit Negative Control is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. As described above, it contains 1µg/ml of a rabbit antibody diluted in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.6, with 1% bovine serum albumin and preserved with Sodium Azide.

The Mouse Negative Control is provided in liquid form ready-to-use with Tris Buffered Saline, pH 7.6, 1% bovine serum albumin and preserved with Sodium Azide.

FluoroMounter with DAPI is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains a buffer solution, reagents, and a sodium azide anti-microbial agent.

Nuclear Fast Red Counterstainer is designed to be used as a counterstainer after completion of immunohistochemical or in situ hybridization procedures or for routine histology. Nuclei in stained sections will be pink to light red in color. Nuclear Fast Red Counterstainer has improved stability over other formulations allowing this solution to be stored at room temperature or at refrigeration temperature (2-8°C). Other formulations tend to precipitate in cold temperatures. In addition, most formulations develop a small amount of precipitate over extended periods of time. This formulation completely eliminates the problems associated with exposure to cold and aging.

Hematoxylin Counterstainer provides a nuclear blue counterstain for Immunocytochemical, Immunohistochemical and CISH procedures. It is an acidic stain that will adhere to any proteins with basic characteristics and yields a contrasting color from that of the chromogen in an immunohistochemical reaction. Hematoxylin Counterstainer also enables for more distinct viewing of the morphological characteristics of cells or tissue sections.

XyGreen PermaMounter is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains a reusable biodegradable solvent, buffer solution, reagents, and a sodium azide anti-microbial.
 

PermaMounter is a xylene-based mounting media designed for the preservation of immunohistochemical and CISH stainings. PermaMounter is ideally suited for mounting cells or tissue sections immunostained using horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, or other suitable enzymes and their substrate-chromogens such as DAB, Alk-Blue, and others.
