Schmorl's Stain Kit

This product utilizes a Turnbull blue reaction. Ferric iron ions are reduced to ferrous ions by reducing substances in the tissue. Ferrous iron combines with ferricyanide to form an insoluble blue ferrous ferricyanide product.
